9.11 Wedding for Military Couple.Amanda and Cody
/This weekend was celebrated by family and friends for Amanda and Cody who are both in the Air Force. He flew in the day before their wedding and there was no separating them. It was really cute, because all Amanda could say about Cody was, "he's hot" and all Cody could was "she's hot!" hahaha. He made her laugh constantly. It was so cute and so sweet. Here is the sneak peek. Can't you just see how excited they are!! This was after the ceremony, which was at Ute Lake (Logan, NM)

Tara and Trevor invited me and my family to Lonehollow over Labor Day weekend. They were married back in July and we decided to do their engagement session after the wedding. They run a horse camp at Lonehollow and it is amazing to watch them with the horses and as instructors. There is such an art form for what they do and it takes a great deal of patience, with the horses as well as the people. I also photographed them teaching a clinic to eight lovely women, which was SO amazing. I want a horse now, and I want to be a cowgirl.
The day was full for them with the clinic starting from morning all the way into the evening, so we did a sunrise session. It was beautiful and peaceful.
Oh, also we stayed in an airstream and Benson woke to a rooster at 7:30 a.m. And then we played in the river, and road a horse, and basically had the best time ever.
Thank you Tara and Trevor for thinking of us and letting my family come along. You have no idea how much fun that was for us and how perfect it was.

/We did Tayley and Cameron's engagement shoot back in the Spring and they got married recently in July. I loved their session. We did something I've never done before; fly in a helicopter to our shoot destination. Cameron is a helicopter pilot with Aero Tech and a great one at that. So, it was very easy to gain access of one :) We flew to the coolest dry lake bed ever and it was windier than ever too. Tayley is so relaxed she didn't care her hair was blowing in the wind. She can do wind too I tell ya. I think it made her look even more beautiful. Word of advice for future engagement session peeps: If you want shots like I captured below, just flirt it up, be lovey dovey, and show how much you are in love. That will get you the best engagement pictures ever.

/Klisty and Duffy are all dressed up and ready to get married...or wait a minute, they ALREADY ARE! This wasn't just a wedding. It was filled with wonderful sweet moments and a few surprises here and there. One of those surprises was that Klisty and Duffy have been married for two years already! Tomorrow is the big wonderful day for these two. They are getting married at the Underground Embassy in Clovis New Mexico. It is one of Clovis's coolest places for weddings. I can't wait, because these two are so fun and energetic and the wedding will be the same.Duffy is a local disc jockey and one the locations was at the Chamber of Commerce basement where they have a museum of music history. It has a replica studio where Buddy Holly recorded his music with the sound booth and recording booth as well as radios from the past. Such a cool place!
Second location was at Guthels Nursery in Clovis. I LOVE this place and the people who own and work their were so wonderful to let us go in after hours. (Thats what you get when you are with Duffy Moon. A pass to do what every you want :) j/k )
Klisty is one gorgeous girl as you can see below, and I can't wait until she is all gussied up in her wedding dress tomorrow. I also can't wait to do a "Trash the Dress" session with her after the wedding is over!!
