I'm headed to Lubbock for a family session with the McWilliams, and then a wedding! Here is what I've been doing this week.

Gab's senior session is not your typical senior session. I had a concept for her. She is unique, and I wanted to give her something different.Theme: An Artist (because that is what Gab does) She and I together (along with some of Benson's help) put together the newspaper backdrop. I wanted to include some bright colors to reflect her bright and spunky personality Also, in search for a bouquet, I decided to do something unique and went with radishes. I love Gab's clothing choices. She was her own stylist. And a great one at that!
I SO wish I had legs like Brooklyn. God was good to her :) She is a beautiful girl and incredibly awesome. I love her relaxed way of thinking of her plans for the future. She will be graduating this year! Woohoo! Oh, and I want her shoes.
It is time to order senior cards. These can be used for your announcements or graduation party. I have several options to choose from for guys and girls. Cards start at $60 for a pack of 25 Flat cards with front and back Available in semi-gloss or recycled paper
Kew is such an awesome girl. She has lots going for her including being a theater and music major when she goes to college next year.We took this one on the stage where Les Miserables was recently performed by the Portales high school theater department. (one of my FAVORITE broadway plays)
Easter weekend was celebrated with lots of love, including Bob and Deb Lowrey's wedding on Saturday. Their wedding took place in the Sunken Garden at Hillcrest Park in Clovis, NM and it was one of the sweetest most meaningful weddings I've witnessed yet. I had to hold back my tears as I snapped away to capture all the sweet emotion that took place that day.Here is Bob and Deb before the wedding. I love how he looks at her and her response to him.
Senior sessions are by far one of my most favorites. I'm just sayin'. Laura's family came along for her senior session, and I loved that. I love it when the family keeps it real and gives support. We did her session in good 'ol Farwell, Tx. I love that little town :)Here are the favorites from her session...

Can I just say that I LOVE senior sessions. Love love love them! Here are two of the seniors I had sessions with on Tuesday.We went to locations I don't normally go to or have never been to before. My thought process was to go outside the box, work from all angles and not to mention, have fun. I forgot my music for Tiffani's session, but it was okay because that girl didn't need music to loosen up. She was so fun and energetic and I laughed and had a blast. And with Jarod's session I was able to capture my favorite light.
This morning I woke up in a [panic] because I remembered I wanted to update my Senior Music playlist. I don't know names of songs, or music artist and I was having a hard time thinking of great songs that make ya want to dance. Thanks for facebook because I had lots of people give their suggestions, creating a very fun and energetic playlist for my two H.S seniors today.
