Otto's Mommy and Me Session

I just realized I never posted these! I love seeing baby Otto on his momma's Instagram feed weekly. He is just the cutest little toot (as my dad would say).Don't you just want to squeeze those cute little cheeks and sweet little legs? This little family lives in Nebraska, but came home to visit family in Texas, then drove to Clovis for their shoot. I am SO glad they did. I wish we could get Liam and Otto together more offten. Hugs and kisses to little Otto and his momma. I love his facial expressions.

Liam had never seen another baby before meeting Otto. Liam was about 7 months and I think Otto was 3 months old. It so cute watching them discover each other.

And this shows off my older sons compassionate personality. He wanted to give Otto some lovin'.

The Nixon's Newborn Session

The Bates Summer Backyard Clovis, New Mexico Newborn and Family Session

This summer I was invited into the home of the beautiful Bates family. They just had a sweet newborn baby boy, and wanted to get family pictures. Liam.8 months old

His name is Liam, but you could also call him Mr. Smiley. That is what this kid does, 95% of the time.So blessed by my sweet little boys.

Twin Baby Boy Family Session taken at Garden Art Center

I went to Lubbock this past weekend for a few sessions, and this sweet family was the first of the day. We went to the Garden Art Center in Lubbock, Tx and it is one of my favorite places. I feel like I'm in a secret garden or something. However it wasn't so secret, because there were two random dogs, lots of mosquitoes, and a big spider that crawled on our blanket.Thank you Nix family for a fun morning and for having me photograph your family. Your boys are adorable. 100% adorable!

Baby Gender Reveal Clovis Family Session

The great part of my job is I get to meet wonderful people like the Neuman family. They are gentle, sweet and wonderful people. I loved witnessing the raw emotion of excitement as he cut into the cake to find out if baby #2 would be a boy or girl.Thank you Neuman family for allowing me to photograph your family. Hartle Family of Three.Clovis Portrait Session

Baby Otto.3 months old

So, I just love baby Otto. He smiled the first moment I met him. He is so happy, so sweet, and so deliciously adorable. He reminds me a lot of Liam (only a smaller version :) )Otto's mommy, Priscilla and I go way back. She went to school with my younger brother, and she and I became good friends in high school choir. She is so wonderfully creative and stylish and she makes really cute babies.

Thanks for coming all the way from Nebraska, then to Lubbock, then to Clovis so I could take pictures of you and your sweet little Otto.

Baby Aaron Turns One

Baby Aaron turns one this weekend. Thanks Valdez family for letting me be apart of your sweet family. And thanks to baby Aaron for giving me a workout. I'm not kidding when I say this kid is FAST. He walks/runs all over the place, and I'm telling you I was tired when I got home.I just ooo-ed and aaahhh-ed over your pictures as I downloaded them Thursday night. I can't wait for you to see the rest at your viewing and ordering session.

The Bates Backyard Summer Family Session

Liam is 5 months old!

William, Liam, Lele, Wewe (the way Benson says it), love bug, sweet baby, Leaping Liam...these are just a few of his names he has gained in the last 5 months.He can sit up by himself for a few seconds, and then falls over, then spits up a little, because his tummy gets squished. He has been rolling over with little assistance and today my friends he did it ALL BY HIMSELF!!!! We were screaming with excitement. Squealing and gurggling are the ways he "talks" with us, and he carries a continuous smile. Liam loves to grab Benson's hair. It's sort of a game they play together. Cuddling, jumping in his bouncy, and crossing his legs while laying down are the many activities he does on a daily basis. He is LOVED like crazy by his brother, mommy and daddy. We just can't get enough of his sweet little face!

Holden.Newborn baby

Well, I HAD to share some more, because this was my most successful newborn shoot ever.  I mean, the sweet little baby didn't  potty on ANYTHING.  That is pretty awesome if you ask me.  He was just perfect. And let me just say I don't really photograph newborn babies, but I've photographed this family for 4 years now, and I wanted to do this for them.  And after this shoot, I think I want to do more!  I think I got spoiled though, because like I said before he was PERFECT.

Holden's Newborn Clovis, New Mexico Photoshoot

As we were taking these pictures, and molding this little guy into position my friend said, "isn't God amazing!" He is;he really is amazing. He made this sweet little body, and put all the pieces together for him to breath, eat, and function in life. Praise God for baby Holden.Thanks to my sweet friends Ali Epps, and Jan Garrett for helping today. You are a blessing. Thanks Scarbrough family for allowing me to hang out in your home this morning and photograph your sweet precious gift. He is 100% adorable, just like his big brother.

Baby Emmy's Lubbock, Texas Photo Shoot

Baby Emmy belongs to my sweet friends Jon and Alicia. Jon was a youth intern at my church when I was in high school. Alicia and I have grown up at the same church, and she was my camp leader at church summer camp. They both hold a sweet spot in my heart. I am so excited for them with their new little baby. She is one lucky  girl. Thanks sweet Emmy for being such a sweet, and happy baby.  You are adorable!
