This holiday season is a perfect time to go check out The West Table in downtown Lubbock, Texas.It has a sophistcated industrial atmosphere and excellent food. You will want to try everything once you see the menu.

"The center driving force for The West Table is a husband and wife team, Cameron and Rachel West. A really cool feature about The West Table are the actual tables. Cameron's grandfather, Bill Shambeck, was a cotton farmer in the area and the tables that we have are reclaimed wood from an old cotton gin here in Lubbock."-Rachel West
